• National Co-ordinators
  In each participating country a co-ordinator is appointed who recruits as many participating centres as possible, and who maintains contact with the executive committee. The study forms in a country can be collected centrally by the national co-ordinator, or can be sent directly to the ISCVT co-ordinating office.

• Study Centres
  In each participating center the main tasks of the responsible investigator will be to implement the study and perform recruitment and follow up patients and to keep original records and imaging available for possible review.
