Members of the study group are all collaborating neurologists who include at least one case with complete data to the study and the steering committee (SC) members. Additional members can be appointed later if their expertise is required.

For different side studies and additional research questions extra working groups can be formed after consultation of the executive committee.

Main paper to be signed by all members of the SC for the study participants (to be listed at the end). Collaborators from centers with outstanding participation can be invited by the SC to join the writing committee.

Data from each center will continue to be owned by the local investigators. Any investigator can propose a protocol for a substudy/subanalysis, but this will need approval by the SC before access to the study database is arranged.

For the secondary studies this by-laws will also apply. The writing committee for each secondary study will consist of participating SC members and collaborators from particularly active centres or with special expertise.
